O.K. (Our Kids) Program is a free program offering positive guidance & support to African-American males’ ages 12 to 18 years old. The O.K. Program is a national mentoring model for African-American men and boys. The program brings together African-American police officers and pastors around the country to recruit, train and organize African-American men to mentor African-American boys between the ages of 12 and 18.

One of our own, AVID scholar Raeghan Coleman was selected by the Arkansas Women's Foundation to participate in the 2024 Girls of Promise Conference last week. "Girls of Promise is an initiative of the Women's Foundation of Arkansas to help women and girls reach their full economic potential. Girls of Promise exposes girls to opportunities and mentors in STEAM fields with the goal of increasing the number of women in higher-level STEAM courses, careers, and putting them on the path to achieve economic security as women."
